Product return process

1. It will be submitted within 7 days from the date of receipt.

2. Please confirm that the returned product is brand new and has not been used or cleaned. (Please keep the original condition at the time of purchase and meet the conditions of the second sale)

3. The round-trip freight will be borne by the customer.

There will be no exchange arrangements in the following situations:

• Disassembled clothes tag

• Used

• Has been artificially damaged or incomplete

• Peculiar smell or perfume smell

• Special offers in the clearance area cannot be exchanged

• Hot stamped products cannot be returned
